You may use Mrs Id's photos as long as they are not used by you to make money.
Mrs Id's very cool about her photos being shared and posts her photos on the OWIE site for fans and wrestlers to see and share as they wish. However, the images remain her property AND the subjects of the photos retain all their attendant rights.
Mrs Id respectfully requests a photo credit when her images are displayed.
So, just to make it clear for everyone...
1) Any and all commercial applications (or use) of any Mrs Id photos (or portion thereof) are strictly forbidden unless you can supply proof positive that you have the photo subjects explicit written permission to use their image in such a fashion. (Or you ARE the person whose image is in the picture.)
2) Alteration of Mrs Id photos through any means, digital or otherwise, is also a breach of copyright and forbidden. However, alteration occurances will only be legally addressed in cases where said altered images do not meet the subjective standards of Mrs id and/or the person whose image is in the photo.
